Aging individuals and their families experience so many things as they plan for the next phase of life. Among those things are often feelings of anxiety, depression, and other emotions related to stress. Join us as we explore this multi-dimensional topic to better understand why we feel this way and how we can do things to help our loved ones through a difficult time.
